I had a rather happy morning, but as soon as I had dinner I've been in high-tension pre-panic mode.

I'm on medication to keep my high-tension or pre-anxiety moments from turning into panic attacks, as for the food - I would normally take an anti-acid or some pepto bismol if this happened randomly, but I can't take it for like an hour cuz I just took my pills --- "Salt cures Everything!" Nope, I just am on Effexor edit: I was on Ativan way back in the day, but when we found my panics were caused by a physical reaction and not a brain chemistry one I switched --- "Salt cures Everything!"
