Also, changing the instrument can help. For instance, I have a hard time hearing the note on the bass guitar, but changing it to an acoustic guitar makes it simpler to hear. --- No, marriage is about love. For instance, I have a hard time hearing the note on the bass guitar, but changing it to an acoustic guitar makes it simpler to hear. yeah fer sure - that acoustic guitar lives higher on the frequency range (just imagine in an EQ) than low sub bass does.. you can cut frequencies to make space so things dont really overlap (though different instruments definitely will share the same space) you can also try sidechaining one instrument to another via a compressor or a gate to have instruments duck around one instrument thats pumping (like a steady kick) to help create space <cite>FrankJaegr posted [p:945483921] in Does anyon...
