Gonna start hitting the gym more seriously today, so I want to follow a stricter diet for better results.
Whey protein powder Chicken (either chicken breasts I'll boil, or chicken in a can) Tuna Turkey breast Ground chuck Vegetables (miscellaneous bags of frozen veggies I'll boil or steam) Whole grain/brown rice Various beans (black, pinto, etc.) Nuts such as walnuts, pecans, etc. Seeds such as pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, chia, flax, etc. Bananas I already have eggs ... The dose makes the poison. Hit your macros, hit your micros, get some fiber, do whatever the fuck you wanna do. It's far easier to work within the foods you already eat and adjust their portions instead of doing a massive 180, although making substitutions to transition into a better diet is also perfectly valid.
Also -- oats. General fyi that keto at 3000 calories a day will still make you fatter. --- Remember that I won't rest, 'til we share the same tense Just know, to me, you're better late than never again. ... Copied to Clipboard!

There's not really such a thing as good or bad food
If it fits your macros, it works. The foods you have are just recommended because they're easy ways to hit your macros But don't overthink it, it looks like a great list. you looking to put on muscle or lose weight? Put on some muscle. I'm already in good shape. 6'0" 185 lbs. with a muscular/athletic build. I'm just looking to actually get buff. I already eat fairly well (as far as good, healthful foods) so it wouldn't be a huge challenge for me to be a bit stricter. Kinda like just tightening my belt, so to speak. ... Copied to Clipboard!

Looks solid. Fairly lean though, you're going to probably need more high-calorie fatty foods like nut butter for example.

As long as you're not eating it every day canned chicken is awesome and convenient, what are you talking about?
For gaining weight canned tuna and chicken are too lean and low-calorie but mix them with mayonaise or something and you got a good snack. --- Currently playing Xenoblade Chronicles 2, Hearthstone Training log: https://powpowpunishment.blogspot.com ... Copied to Clipboard!

It has the added benefit of taking like a minute to make. Now I'm a grown ass man with money and just buy the house made chicken salad at my grocery store which is essentially the same thing. I'd vary your fruits too. Like eat more than just bananas. Eat an apple or orange or something too. Get your vitamins. --- PSN: Jiek ... Copied to Clipboard!
