Probably the exact same. Unless we have the equivalent of Bulma somewhere, we won't have a dragon radar so the odds of all 7 being collected are astronomical.

The same. Theyd be collected so rarely, that they would simply become myth. Ancient civilizations believed by collecting them all you could have any wish you desired.

Then theyd probably all sit in a museum somewhere, where nobody would give a shit about them.
