Thing is, I want it to actually be visible I guess so I was thinking of getting it lower on my arm like on my bicep right below where short sleeve shirts usually cut off. But also, then its not really accurate anymore since its not on the shoulder. Idk

Canonically, the brand can manifest anywhere. If you want it to be Chrom's you'd need it in your shoulder, otherwise, get it wherever.
