This is the most baked-in election we've had in a long time, with very few undecided voters. The fact that Biden polls so closely to 50% compared to Clinton in 2016 shows that Trump only has a chance if he heavily wins undecided again AND peels off voters from Biden. But the undecided voters is so much smaller and Pence doesn't offer much outside of maybe peeling away the smaller "Never Trump" Republicans. And even then that's if they want to reward the man who aligned with Trump for the presidency rather than preparing the GOP for the new post-Trump era.
