Its a basic Deathscythe hell, back from like 18 years ago when they were all the rage here

anyways...I know this is the classic blunder/joke, but are you supposed to have extra pieces? >_>

also, bad news. His front right part of the cloak is broken at the joint

theres a piece that holds the front part so you can move it up and down, like in the show (when he opens it and starts fighting)

but yea, it can't hold that part :(

the instructions are in japanese, I don't know how common that is, but I persevered with the pictures

but even with that in mind, I have no idea what to do with the extra pieces. one part looks like a gun or something

Each piece is numbered but that numbered piece isn't anywhere

Occasionally you'll have extra pieces that don't go on that kit because some of the runners are shared between kits.

Usually the first pages of the instruction manual will show the runners with X marks over the pieces you won't need.

What grade was the kit?

I was about to make a comment that this was way harder to do because I have big ol hawt manly fingers, ESPECIALLY the stickers

Gundam wing was pretty huge, I think everybody forgets

It was the one of the bigger animes to come out after DBZ that pushed the genre to the states

it had the midnight run which eventually became Adult Swim

it was surprisingly super nostalgic for me to do this model. I've never done one, even back then

I've always wanted to give the others a shot

a look on Funimation, Hulu, and Crunchyroll shows the original isn't anywhere

maybe a rewatch of Wing on Hulu is in order lol

I haven't had to paint any of the ones I've built, but I'm very casually into the hobby. Some folks do a full repaint and things like weathering and dioramas.

Wing's weird for me because it was airing in Japan when I first moved out there when I was a kid and I'd catch random episodes here and there and not understand a thing but I thought it was cool.

Fast forward four years or so when we'd moved back to the US and it started airing on Toonami and this time I could understand it.

so I finally got around to buying some super glue

either I'll have to permanently glue the cloak piece a position of my choosing to never have it move again

or try to glue the little tiny piece that broke off that holds the cloak
