Oh I think he was responding to people who said "people have said this about other presidents". Referring to Obama being criticized for tan suits, dijon mustard, etc., by the right, and those on the right also saying "Obama might not concede power" despite him never suggesting he wouldn't.

Then you have Trump doing his shit and the two are no contest.
