I've been using one of those battery cases for my phone for a few years now, and I've been very happy with it. But now the battery died and I went looking for a new battery case.

Found one online that wasn't just a battery case, but it also had a stand in it so I could put my phone on my nightstand and watch YouTube videos on it while in bed. So I ordered that one, and a few days later, it arrived. But they sent me the wrong case. I got one that didn't have a stand in it and didn't even look like the one in the photos on the site. So I contacted customer service, explained what was wrong, and they'd send me the right case.

Or so I thought. I just opened the new package and I was met with the exact same kind of case they sent me the first time (which again wasn't the one in the pictures on the site). Either they fucked up twice or they're just falsely advertising. Either way, looks like I'm not out of the customer service nightmare just yet.
