Today I saw a really nice Pizza and wanted it. However my glutinous side really wanted a Beef burger. I was so conflicted that I just bought both and ate them when I got home! Now although I'm not physically fat I certainly feel fat on the side. Does this make me a bad person? Perhaps but sometimes tough choices need to be made.

I said his name is the only one on the mortgage. We had to do it that way to get the grant because our combined salaries would have been too much to qualify. Is that okay with you?

And since you received government assistance for the down payment too, you may want to check how a change in ownership between current co-owners may be treated. There are a lot of ongoing expenses and tax deductions associated with owning real property, and it's something you should start working through sooner rather than later. Such as how are you going to handle the first installment on the $376.08 in property taxes that will be due by 11/2. Because if you can't settle the issues consensually, your only other option is probably to start a partition action and force a sale.

When I leave, he is going to take the house. He can't sell it for five years or he has to pay back the remainder of the grant and that's up to him. I'm not sure what you're talking about with the property tax because our property tax is rolled into our mortgage payment through escrow.

None of the resulted topics were created by thekwameguy, but I did find the topic in question (created by another user). You're average looking, nothing outstanding. But since you're not wearing any makeup, that automatically makes you better looking than the majority of women. I'm only interested in women who don't wear makeup, so that makes you stick out in a crowd in a positive way. I don't like the white glasses though, it makes you look older. I give you a 6/10, which is actually good since everything above a 5 is considered beautiful in my book.
