That happened once at my previous job. Trailer drove on a road it wasn't supposed to and hit an overpass (need a special permit if a vehicle is over a certain height or width and it designates which roads you're allowed to use). It destroyed a whole bunch of our product (architectural precast walls). It wasn't my project, so I don't know what became of it. The building was probably missing walls for a while though.

That happens way more often than it should at the toll plazas for the bridges in my city.

There are lanes that are intended for trucks to use (one of which can be seen in the picture there), but every now and then you get a truck deciding not to use those lanes for some reason (it's not even people who have rented cube vans and don't know how tall they are, it's professional truck drivers) and crashing into the concrete canopy. That one was particularly bad, ripping the entire thing off.
