WTF He's still in jail because apparently he's an ex-felon who violated his probation. So I'm fine with him being in jail if that's legit. My issues are if those charges of obstruction and assaulting an officer are still pending and if not, they should be dismissed. Also why is the cop not in jail for assault. Actually reading it over again, he's being denied bail because of his violating probation but he's being kept in jail for charges he should have in the first place.
