Because no system is perfect and a vote could potentially be counted more than once erroneously, which is why it is a serious crime

It's really crazy how in just a few years, Republicans went from being scared as hell of voter fraud to outright encouraging it and asking, "what's the harm in it anyway, eh?"

It's an even more sudden and complete a 180 than their view on Russia as a global threat...oh, now they're the bestest.

And to answer his stupid fucking question with one of my own...

Because it has nothing to do with the system catching it. Trump is saying these things as part of a plot to decrease public support and trust for the USPS.
