I think about it every time I feel even slightly hungry

Thing is, I don't sweat as much as I used to and the tears it brings to my eyes is less than 10% of what it used to be. I was looking for ways to make it hotter yesterday when I was half asleep and that can't be good for my stomach long term

Not to mention the salt content is super trash. More than a gram per packet. I eat two packets at least every time and that's like twice the RDA in 1 meal. I'm trying to ration it, maybe only eat ramen once a week but I think about it constantly.

All that comes from those powder / flavor packs. Only use half or a quarter and it'll really cut down how much you intake.

But you're right though. My family has a blood pressure problem and I should really limit the sodium
