I can vouch for Goblin Sword (action platformer with some light RPG stuff), A Robot Named Fight (metroidvania), and Mechstermination Force (basically Gunstar Heroes), they're all pretty solid games to drop some points on. Undertale is probably the best value you'll get for this price though, if you think it's something you'll like.

I think I've seen that game on sale far more than I've seen it full price. EDIT: Which, to be fair, I guess means nothing if you don't already have it.
