A big part of conservative propaganda is the belief that higher education is propaganda.

The real reason they say this is to prevent anyone from having enough knowledge to know that all their misinformation is blatantly untrue. And lack the capacity to determine which source of information is legitimate and which is bunk.

It was the opposite for me because the more left a student was, the worse they did in their actual studies and brought those aprind them down as well.

Plus we had the OWS movement which left trash and homeless all over campus...

I feel like people who make these claims need to familiarize themselves with more colleges. There are plenty where conservative rhetoric is commonplace and the campus culture is defined by a red or purple mindset.

People like OP's Facebooker basically conflate Evergreen State College with a place like... idk, Grace College in northern Indiana? And that's bonkers.

Sometimes when I'm bored I look at the comments section of official Notre Dame posts on Facebook and some psychos still act like it turned into a liberal brainwashing center just because Obama was invited to a commencement ceremony over a decade ago
