There is no such thing as a dead-end job, just dead-end employees. The question to be asked here is does the person want to be a dead-end employee forever and complain about insert scapegoat whether it be rich people, undocumented immigrants, etc. as to why they cant get ahead in life or do something about it?

I agree to a certain degree, but if jobs aren't available or are limited not everyone can make it. Millions of people in USA graduate from college/uni you think there's already millions of jobs available to them? There's so much competition just to get into a corp job and rising to the top as I said is very limited. No different than wanting to be a pro athlete and you have the skill set, but the team is limited to who they can pick.

And not everyone can start a small business that will profit cause of so much competition. That's why investors at times invest in multiple companies knowing many will fail, but there's a good chance 1 or 2 will give them a nice return based on what they lost by investing into other companies.

If many better paying jobs were available than just min wage deadend jobs most of those people wouldn't be working deadend jobs. And many have school loans they are struggling to pay back cause they have the education, but no jobs. And most factories do pay better than min wage, but once again they can only hire so many employees.
