If the movie was framed as an expose on this kind of shit, then it would still see some outrage, but not to this extent. I think I stated in this topic that Netflix absolutely flubbed the marketing for this movie with its awful poster and movie description. I was first appalled by it as well when it was shown to me on my facebook feed, but that changed when I started researching more into this movie.
