Broke back has amazing performances and great directing in general.
I don't think Crash deserved the Oscar. Hell, I don't know if I even consider it good. But I don't think it deserves to be despised on the level it is. It's ambitious and bold and there are a few moments I genuinely love. --- When I was a boy and I saw scary things in the news, my mother would say to me: Look for the helpers.
