They didn't just get these houses for free at some corner market for free.

I dislike tenants who trash the place or bring in pets that piss and crap all over. Or have loud music playing with subs. Other than that I got no issue with tenants. Oh yeah drugs too <_<

If the tenant is good a landlord doesn't hate them. So wtf are you talking about?

I got issues with people also slamming things cause they know it's not their place and then expect the landlord to repair it. Slamming doesn't fall into "ware & tare" so fix it yourself.

More than likely landlords are greedy as fuck so all they care about is money so they'll nickel and dime everything they can. Miserly people are often awful people comparable to Scrooge. Their sense of human decency and compassion is almost all gone and they don't care because they have all this money.

One of my relatives is a landlord and he's exactly like I described; a greedy fuck. I bluntly asked him if he knows he's not gonna be able to take all his money with him to the afterlife and he said he's leaving it all for his kids. Yeah, he's only saying that to feel good. He'd take the money with him as a ghost if he could.

Greedy landlords raising the rent each year when they don't need to is an issue with me which is why I put it in writing to my current tenant I don't plan on raising the rent for the next 2 years and probably won't for a while after that.

Every time I get a letter from property management threatening eviction over a rent payment that I paid on time and received confirmation for, I think about all the hard work that goes into ignoring my maintenance requests while earning a quarter of my monthly income
