Obviously he has, but the psychotic liberals want to gaslight us into not believing our eyes and ears. You'd have a lot better results if you all just admitted he has cognitive decline but tried to argue why he is still the better option. But no, they want your complete deference to their alternative reality where Joe Biden is both actually good and just as fresh as he was in the Obama administration. Nothing less will satisfy their need for left wing voters to defer to them.

He's not going off script anymore, that's his reasoning. It's almost like 100% of his gaffes were a direct result of him "shooting from the hip," and his team knows with his current lead all he has to do is coast to the oval office by staying ON script and not making any gaffes.
