I liked the tension during the characters' trek where it felt like any moment something terrible can happen. I want to watch some of this director/writer's other films now. They any good? It was pretty much 2 hours of watching absolute misery. I'll check out Dragged Across Concrete probably next weekend. p-m posted... Look, if every character's going to talk like his dialogue went through a thesaurus several times (seriously, who wakes up terrified, and the first thing they say is 'What occurred!?' or when viewing the scene of a fight remarks 'This is where it capsized' among many other extremely weird-sounding things) and make a ton of stupid fucking decisions that an actual human would never make... then yeah sure, I'll never come back :P Started out strong, went to shit insanely fast and then just kinda stayed there for the rest of the movie.
