We need to stop introducing children to the ideas of relationships and let them be children.

I don't know what you guys were like as kids but I certainly didn't know i was straight when I was 5. The earliest I had any interest in romance was like 4th grade so like 10 or whatever.

what's even better is when talking to adults, i would always claim not to like girls because that seemed to be what was expected of me.

in reality i liked girls more than guys cause most of the guys in my class were obnoxious idiots.

i definitely knew that i liked/would get crushes on girls as early as kindergarten

I remember having a crush on a girl in first grade when I was 6 years old, but it was more like I just thought she was super cute and wanted to hold hands with her when walking. I only started getting "seriously" into girls at like 12 though.

In first grade a dude kissed me. I was rather chill about it but told him not to do that.

But im sure he knew he was gay and i knew i was straight so.....
