For example, are there any guys that dress up as girls, and/or they get gender reassignment surgery, but they are completely straight and are still into girls themselves? There seems to be this stereotype that if you're a guy and you're effeminate, you can't be straight. But are there any of these men who are actually straight, and they do feminine things just because? I think you've got a bit jumbled here. I'm going to assume you don't mean any offence and try to explain things for you.

Being a transvestite or crossdresser as a man has nothing to do with who you're attracted to sexually and isn't the same as being transgender, it's just something for fun. Plenty of straight and gay crossdressers.

Now if someone transitions to being a woman and initially they were attracted to women and seen as straight they would now be considered a lesbian. A transwoman who is attracted only to men is straight.

Someone who transitions to being a man might be gay (attracted to other men) or straight, or bisexual, pansexual, asexual. Same for transwomen actually.

Usually sexual attraction stays the same with transition although some people find taking hormones alters their feelings of what's attractive.

There's also non-binary people (like me) who are neither man or woman, so they can't really be straight or gay exactly but might prefer certain genitals.

Exactly, some people just don't get much exposure to this kind of thing for whatever reason and it can be hard to initially get your head around

Well being straight is being attracted to the opposite gender within the binary and being gay is being attracted to the same gender (again within the gender binary). So a non-binary person can't really be either, but they might be more comfortable with penis over vagina or whatever.

I think theyre all considered homosexuals and prefer to be that? Its normal to hate straight people in the LBTGQ, so why on earth would they consider themselves straight?

There are straight trans girls, who are attracted to men, and there are gay trans girls, who are attracted to women.

Being trans isn't a sexuality, it's an expression of another gender that someone wasn't born as. So there are trans people who are straight according to their gender, and gay according to their gender.
