I have long hair. If I don't brush it it goes all everywhere. But if I do brush it it's boring and my huge forehead shows up

There's nothing to be ashamed of. You gotta believe that different people have different styles and attitudes that work for them. If that's how you like your hair and it works for you then that's great, you shouldn't let anyone else get in your head.

It reminds me of the time The Olympic Gold Medalist Kurt Angle was taking on his arch-rival the Rated R Superstar Edge.

Now two more different people you could not find on this Earth.

Kurt Angle was an American who liked Brass Bands and Classical music. Had 5 siblings and dedicated his life to his father. Becoming an 2 time NCAA Champion, 3 time All American, Olympic Gold Medalist. Worked every day his life to promote integrity, working hard, drinking milk, saying your prayers, eating vitamins.

Edge was a Canadian only child of a single mother who never even met his father. Liked Rock'n'roll, heavy metal, partying and girls. Promoted having fun, being yourself, enjoying the life you have.

Naturally the two elite athletes personalities clashed and Kurt Angle was horrified by Edge's shoulder length golden hair, seeing it as unkempt and effeminate. Believing men are disgracing themselves if their hair is not very short, neat and well kept.

This lead to a hair vs hair match where the loser of the match would be shaved bald. Angle was so sure that he would win due to his incredible wrestling accumen and was convinced Edge's laid back personality and the potential loss of his mane like hairstyle would make him a nervous wreck

And at first that seemed to be the case as Angle took control

But the Ultimate Oppotunist Edge turned that tension into perseverance and did the impossible, outwrestling the Olympian and beating him to save his do.



Edge then dragged Angle to the barber's chair and shaved him bald in front of 10s of millions of WWE fans watching from all over the world.

The stress of having all his hair shaved made Angle's hair fall out (ironically) leaving him bald to this day.
Meanwhile Edge still has his Rapunzel Like locks.

And you have to wonder if Edge had given into peer pressure and followed the conventional attitude of what "Tough Guys" should do with their hair, would he have had the heart and personality needed to drive him to overcome all the odds and defeat Kurt Angle himself?

And at the same time if Angle had just accepted that different people are different and some people just have unusual or unbrushed hair, he might still have his own today.

So TC next time someone comes up to you and starts bullying you for unique perm, you just look them square in the eye and say "I guess my apperance just has a bit of an Edge to it." and wink because those people maythink they know themselves but they don't know you.

my hair gets frizzy when brushed while dry
the key is to brush your hair as soon as you step out of the shower, before it dries.
