Am taking my little girl in to the doctor because she has a cough. Im concerned. No fever but Im still worried.

Is testing readily available? How long before results are given? How did YOU feel?

I really hope this is just some change of weather thing.

I did, but I'm immune compromised so my story may not be the best to base your expectations on as far as symptoms went.

Testing was fairly easy to find. Most urgent care centers will have them now.

Had my results withing 48 hours.

This was all months ago though, and I cant say for certain things haven't changed.

Quig had it. I might have had it like almost a year ago...

A bunch of people at my job probably had. Some definitely did. Texting was all over the place. It was easy enough to get testing. But the results could take a couple days, or like a week...

I think I had it, symptoms were minor and I had it beat in half a week. Only reason I think it was COVID19 was because of the excess feeling of weakness, body aches, and that unlike any other head cold I've had, it didn't leave me congested for a week after the bug was eliminated. Well that, and coughing/sneezing were very intermittent. It was an unusual cold, whatever it was.

I have been wondering if maybe I'd gotten sick back in March. I had a 99.7F fever, really bad headaches, runny nose, congestion, sore throat, and diarrhea. No cough, shortness of breath, fatigue, loss of smell or taste, nausea, or any of the other common symptoms, however. At the time I was doing a number of projects involving hotels and the idea of wearing masks was still unheard of, so I was being exposed to people from all over the world. And tests were virtually impossible to come by back then.

I thought I remembered jen saying she got tested for it but it was negative. I dunno the whole timeline has gotten so blurry. When is all of existence gonna just unravel already

hard to say. i was a smoker for a lot of years and my respiratory health hasn't ever really been the best. nothing noticeable. i dont cough any more often that usual and i dont find myself suffering from shortness of breath, so i dont think so.

and yeah, i was fairly early on in all of this. back in april.

Only Quig. The rest are probably paranoid or bullshitting. I can't wait until the winter where folk will get a cold or the flu and act like it's COVID.

Just because you haven't been tested positive doesn't mean you haven't already had it and possibly cured already.

I might have had it back in Feb (before people were really being tested) but never got really sick. I was definitely out of it for a few weeks though. I raid late night on WoW, usually even when sick, i will show up. But i was definitely under performing through out February. At work i didnt have the energy to deal with people or anything. Now, i feel like i may have lung damage.

I forgot to give an update.

So they checked her out, said that they dont do Coronavirus testing there. But that they doubt its Coronavirus.

She seems 100% fine today.
