I know Karl Anderson (pro wrestler currently signed to Impact, but was also in WWE and NJPW) has a "hot Asian wife" that he brags about all the time, but I'm pretty sure he met her while he was living in Japan and working for NJPW. Sasha Banks (currently in WWE) is also married to a Vietnamese guy, so there's another pro wrestler that has an Asian spouse. Plus, as you mentioned, there are a lot of athletes (including pro wrestlers) that are anime/gaming fans and have shown their fandom for Japanese culture, so they might be interested in Asian women as well.
