They were not confrontational in the slightest. And no way would saying "have a nice day" be considered conflict escalation, especially the workers in this video. The only person someone could MAYBE say was escalating things was the person recording (I wouldn't say that tho) but we have no idea if they are an employee or not. If anything, the main woman who the guy gut up in her face? She was incredibly professional when he was getting up in her face. AND she stepped in-between the guy and the person recording.
