He has massive water damage it's clear in the picture. Its something that would have been visible for weeks. His roof and shingles are also probably 5-10 years passed their lifetime and he has failed to maintain his roof. I said it was a roof issue....... Where did I say drywall just falls off the ceiling? I said its a clean break, meaning its an easy fix as far as drywall. The real issue is as I said the roof.
