An entire sheet of drywall does not, absolutely does not just fucking fall off the God damn ceiling for no reason. He has massive water damage it's clear in the picture. Its something that would have been visible for weeks. His roof and shingles are also probably 5-10 years passed their lifetime and he has failed to maintain his roof.
I said it was a roof issue.......
Where did I say drywall just falls off the ceiling? I said its a clean break, meaning its an easy fix as far as drywall. The real issue is as I said the roof. Fixing a roof is much harder and expensive than a simple drywall fix.
