I keep hearing that the people that attacked Rittenhouse did it because he supposedly shot someone but has there been any evidence of that? I can't find a link of anyone else having been shot but the three in that encounter.

The chase was a result of the first shooting. If you watch the supercut, its pretty fucking clear in that regards.

The glock being pulled was in response to Rittenhouse killing the first guy.

The fact the guy didn't shoot Rittenhouse in the back should tell you all the moral and ethical shit you need to know about the situation.

Rittenhouse is a god damn domestic terrorist, who walked up to the police with a firearm afterwards (where if it was anyone of color would be shot immediately) and then allowed to go home.

Glad he got arrested and I sure hope he rots in prison for a majority of his useless existence.

The chase happened after Rittenhouse killed the first guy.

However, I'm seeing some people say the first guy he killed had actually attacked Rittenhouse first. If that's true (not saying it is), then that means the series of events went like this:

Guy attacks Rittenhouse

Rittenhouse kills guy

People chase Rittenhouse

Rittenhouse stumbles and falls during chase

People begin to swarm and attack Rittenhouse while he's on the ground, one with a skateboard, and supposedly another had a Glock.

Rittenhouse pulls a pistol out of his waistband and fires back.

I bet this case is going to center on what actually happened that led up to the first person he killed. Not sure who had to prove what, but it will be interesting to see what kind of evidence comes out about that part. Was he actually in a life threatening situation? I've heard people say somebody threw a brick at him. Others say just a bag. Some say the bag had bricks in it. Who the fuck knows.

i heard a bag with a soda bottle in it.

that said, there's no way for him to know whats in the bag.

and there's no way for people chasing him to know exactly what happened when they pursued him.

in a sense, it doesn't necessarily matter what actually happened, just what a reasonable person would infer with incomplete information.

in other words, it will basically depend on the politics of the jury, who will be biased towards the side they support

It hinges solely on the mentality of the shooter. If he can display he felt threatened when he shot, then he will get off.

Even if they don't get him on the homicides, the weapons charges ought to put him away as those are pretty indisputable
