Republicans have no integrity. They care about power. Now that it looks bad for Trump's re-election chances they are trying to jump ship. They will all immediately jump on board Tom Cotton's campaign in 4 years, who is basically Trump's shitty policies in a guy who actually understands how government works.

This is a ploy by the right. If Biden wins they will claim it was only because of Republican support and will demand compensation in continued tax breaks for the wealthy etc. and if he loses they will claim he was too liberal and will try to run the Democrats into the Republicans from the 70s while the Republicans continue to devolve insanity.
