Those are the only ones I can think of, though I'm sure there are plenty of lesser known ones. Most seem to finish their series pretty regularly, though there may be some they abandon.

Yeah it seems pretty rare for authors to just lose the motivation to finish their own work

I was initially nervous to start reading Stormlight Archive but I trust Sanderson will see it through till the end.
