Free as in free, not free with some sort of subscription. I know this board (and indeed site) doesn't lean too hard towards PC gaming, but the game is really, really good and is worth bringing up. Saying something is 'like Dark Souls' is becoming a trite statement, but in this case the devs invite the comparison so whatever. It's like Dark Souls but re-stylized as a third-person shooter with a strong co-op focus. Strong atmosphere, fun gunplay and enemies, and perhaps the best sound design I've heard in a game to date. Breaking crates sounds like bringing the force of God down on a bit of wood, it's weirdly exhilarating. --- If you're only on this board to whine about "SJWs", please redirect whatever you type on to the nearest trash can.
