It would have been interesting to finally see a Sinister Six storyline on the big screen, and honestly ASM2 isn't that bad aside from some obvious flaws. I still believe that movie has the best suit and Peter/Gwen in that movie had the most organic relationship compared to all of the other movie incarnations of Peter/MJ.

Spider-Man 3 and Amazing Spider-Man 2 were the worst of all the SM movies, with the latter being the worst one, IMO, so I'd probably go with SM4.
