I know about adblock I just don't use it.

I mean at this point I'm considering it but I watch a lot of youtube and it does hurt some youtubers, unless the people I watch are lying.

But the ad volume keeps getting worse. Sometimes they run two ads before a three minute video.

Only my PS3 has the only og youtube app installed in my household, since installing modded apps on that I'd imagine requires cfw. I don't use it for youtubing. No one in my family gets to enjoy yt ads unfortunately.

They only get like a ten cents per ad view. They likely get more from sponsored ad reads, their Patreons, or corporate sponsorships (if any) anyway. So blocking the YouTube ads isn't hurting anyone, not in any meaningful financial way anyway.

Sometimes, I usually reserve my dislikes for ads I really hate though. Like Trump ads, or that Dr. Squanch douchebag.
