A topic for home bartending and the art of making cocktails.

I've been expanding my bar since the beginning of the pandemic. With my local bars pretty much closed, and my favorite bartenders finding other ways to make ends meet, I have found myself diving deep in classic cocktails.

The bar expansion has included a variety of whiskeys (primarily rye and bourbon), gins (both juniper heavy and citrus forward), bitters (Angostura, Peychaud's, Orange, Cherry), and various liqueurs and aperitifs (Campari, Creme de Violette, etc).

From Negronis to Boulevardiers, to Aviations and gin fizzes.
