well he could keep appointing Russian assets (compromised people) as GOP presidential candidates and tell them not to strike back. Their investment on the orange one served them quite well

My head says neither Both of them have adapted so much of Western culture nowadays that they've settled into a nice glut of relaxation like we have in the post-Cold War Era. They love Apple products and NBA basketball as much as we do.

But if I had to choose, I'd say Russia. China's armed forces seem more conscripted and forced to serve.
