Bad restore. Hope you have system repair disc.

If not, all you can do is force it off, force it back on, and hope whatever random problems pop up don't completely ruin your shit.

Happened to me. It was extremely slow, kept restarting, and the screen was so off focus and zoomed in that I only saw purple and a corner of something in the bottom left corner.

Eventually, somehow, I forced a safe boot just from memory, as the screen was useless. I really should've recorded my steps.

For several months after, seemingly random programs would trigger my wifi to turn off. I figured out how to pin local services to the taskbar in order to reset it quickly.

Eventually, I went through the update summaries, since most of that shit is useless, and found something vaguely wifi-related. Lo n' behold, that fixed it.
