Would Light Yagami puts the name of someone who's exactly like him according to his own standards? From my perspective, Light was a villain while other do see him as a hero. What do you guys think?

He would just see it as an arrogant copycat to be removed.

Even if another Death Note user was acting exactly like Light and executing all the same criminals Light would have, Light would be offended that someone else thought they were smart enough to pass judgement on others like he is. Again, even if they are doing EXACTLY what he would do, his God complex would drive him to look down on the other Death Note user and manipulate them to into a situation that leads to their death and allows Light to be the only judge.

Light's views on people amounted to three categories:
1. Indifferent/irrelevant, the vast majority of people

2. Useful tools

3. Liabilities and/or obstacles

A person exactly like him would categorically fall into the third group, and would need to be removed from the picture.
