I've been so distraught lately with my aunt and her surgery. She went in earlier today, and after a few hours or so they'd call us with an update on how things went. It's been almost 19 hours. Well, I just found out the mother of the kids my mom has been babysitting got fired. It sounded like a real shit job, anyway. She was stressed a lot, and I doubt having to deal with her daughter helped. Hopefully she can get a better, less stressful one.

Well, Ghost of Tsushima was absolutely incredible! The combat was challenging but fair, the graphics were gorgeous and full of everything you'd imagine when thinking of beautiful Japanese nature, and the writing was phenomenal, with lots of amazing twists and emotional payoffs. Plus, it's an easy platinum. The only trophy I was missing at the end was for playing the flute at a character's grave.
The only real downside is that there's no NG+ or even an option to reset outposts, so no going back to some troublesome early outpost and getting revenge with your endgame equipment. No boss refight option either, which sucks because they're some really good one-on-one duels. Oh, and Tsushima also has a "keep masks on in cutscenes" option, which I didn't discover until I was almost done. I'm glad it's there. Reminds me of how one of the minor annoyances in AC Odyssey was that cutscenes always removed your headgear.
Gonna start a NG+ in Days Gone now.
