Anyone feel this way in their adult life? Been fighting the urge to throw tantrums or feeling like no one likes me or that I can't do anything without other people helping. It's like I'm going crazy. These emotions have been building for months, maybe years now. I sense it getting worse and want to stop, but don't know why it's even happening.

I'm open to therapy down road, but for now I'm trying to get it back under control. I was anxious growing up, but never let it get to me like it seems to be now.

Physical outlet has been on my mind, but hesitant to join a gym because of CoViD. Speaking of which, another factor that may affect my mindset is quarantine. Feel caged but at the same time I don't want to see anyone.
