They are ok giving millions/billions with the PPP to companies but freak out over 1,200 checks or a 600 UI boost. Wouldn't it be better to give lower class money since they more likely to spend it and that money can then flow to the companies.

Economic value is based off of actually producing things that have value

The government doesn't produce anything other than currency. Which is just becomes increasingly worthless if you just keep injecting it into a stagnant or recessing economy.

We have 1/3 of people going homeless and Congress is in recess.

There are fifty states, 3,143 counties and parishes, and 19,492 municipal governments. There is no reason to insist that mama Washington take care of everything.

Because most of us have jobs we hate but know need to be done for society to function, and would like money ourselves, not going to people that want their consumption and other byproducts of existing to be their only contribution to society when they could be chipping in so we don't have to work long hours at shit jobs while suffering burnout symptoms to make sure they can continue to eat as well as ourselves.

Socialize efforts and free time as well as money and I think you'd get more supporters.

That IS what it is. Like much of what America is, the rich have conditioned them into willfully sabotaging themselves while thinking making themselves suffer for no reason is what's best, because it helps the 0.0001%

I've explained a lot that when you have a systematically corrupt government on both sides or altogether like America has, that giving the government more reign or power over people is actually gonna just make it worse. So if a country like Japan or new Zealand wanted to try these kinds of ideas it would probably work. But this government is about taking advantage of people. And they do it enough in the system we currently have. Moving for a new political system will not make it work. It's not the answer. The answer is first weeding out corruption. And that's almost impossible with all the systems they have in place. So actually there is no answer. Be vigilant. Enjoy whatever you can out of life because fighting back against the corruption is stressful and tiresome.
