Idk about that, but I do find it weird that so much shit is TV-MA that was like PG-13 in theaters.

Back when it first aired, there was an edited version that aired during Toonami and an unedited version that aired at 1230am. I know this because for every episode I stayed up and taped the unedited version for my friends. I pretty much never slept in high school, anyway.
