I just don't eat junk food, and alcohol doesn't have that many calories if you know what to get and replace with diet drinks. I'd rather have a whiseky and coke then a tub of ice cream or extra large smores starbucks frap lol.

Whisky and coke was what I drank the other night. I get a 6 pack from being skinny. But that was the first* time I drank in 3 years. The coke still got the ability to make you fat tho right?

Just get coke zero brah, like 3 measured out whiskey and coke zeros have less calories than your standard generic junk food portion lol.

Like a standard non modified starbucks drink probably has 300-400 cals, a measured out shot of whiskey and coke zero 100

Eh. I can't even hate, though I might keep trying. Seems like you figured out what works for you. Do you eat fast food at all? I feel like cutting that completely out will make me not worry about becoming "skinny fat" anytime soon. Cooking your own food gives you that clear advantage. Not even like you don't even gotta go crazy healthy to make the difference count. Just don't eat that stuff that is literally just made for you to get addicted, without your health being taken into consideration at all.

Yeah, I'm probably eating chik fila tonight lol, but my meals are never over 1000 calories and I'm running 2 miles beforehand. You can basically eat anything you want, just plan ahead for it. I mainly cook though because it's easier and I feel less guilty eating it over a greasy burger.

Been drinking like 6 to 8 beers almost daily for the last 10 years.

Took me regular drinking for like 30 years to get here.

Fridays and Saturdays I can drink nonstop.

On my 6th Stella and still have 30 to go.

I actually don't drive. So I was on my bike a decent amount back when I had places to go besides my sisters to babysit. But Im also over Pokemon Go, so it's hard to motivate myself at times. I usually just walk so I can take my dog too. I try to get the kids outside as much as possible at my sister's. She makes them go outside when Im over.
