Been playing the luigi's mansion theme in my head ever since I play smash ultimate and the stages kept being luigi's mansion stage, so now I've got the itch for it

Worst Switch game I've got. Completely bad. Don't understand what people see in it.

Co-op was fun

Probably boring singleplayer

It's soooo good. The game has so much polish and such great animations, it's like playing a CGI Mario cartoon. Great co-op as well.
Plus the different themed areas/bosses are a lot of fun too.

If you like puzzle adventures, you'll enjoy it.

No 3ds of course so didn't do the second one. Loved the original on gamecube, both nostalgia wise and when I played it a couple years back.

It feels worse than the second one in that it is very very samey so far. You are only in a hotel and the floors seem very similar to each other. I enjoyed the different haunted houses of the sequel. It's not bad at all though

They should also port the first two to the Switch (as with all Nintendo games).

Oh it has co-op? Switch's best games are all party games which is great but I unfortunately don't have anyone to play these switch games with so v_v

Yup. Player 2 can play as Gooigi. In fact you need him for puzzles, but solo you can control both one at a time when needed.

The controls... will take some getting used to. I don't remember it being so difficult to move Luigi and swing the vacuum around sucking

Second one's not very good. It's structured in a way where you finish stages in the various mansions (like 1-1, 1-2, etc), but since the design of each one never changes, you just start at the beginning every time, but just have to go do some other different objective.

It's pretty repetitive.

OK figured out why turning the vacuum with the left analog feels so weird with the right analog stick. It's missing the... I don't know how to call them, the ridges of the c-stick in the original gamecube controller, so that you don't spin too fast when you're swinging the vacuum around.

It just feels off so far.
