The entire series of Joy of Painting can be viewed for free on Youtube by the original authors, which is awesome. Mister Rogers however you have to purchase to view them. Do you think Mister Rogers should of been put up for free like Bob Ross? I think so. It's such an institution, and was an important programming to all, or most of us growing up, charging for them feels so wrong for some reason. Maybe they'll change their minds in the future, but greed prevails all I suppose. Same goes for Sesame Street now that I think about it.

Theres not much point in enforcing copyright on it since most of the things Mr Rogers highlights are incredibly dated now. The whole series should be preserved and donated to the library of congress.
