Between the pandemic and recession, I'm hoping prices drop. Saving up for a 20% downpayment as a single person is going to take years and it's a little depressing. Just wondering how people do it. Whats your living arrangement like? Do you want to own a home (or condo, townhouse, manufactured home, etc.)? Have you already done it?
