This has been a strange time fitness wise for a lot of people over the past few months. Most peoples routines and regimens were completely flipped upside down. Quarantines and lockdowns have given people the time and motivation to get in shape, while also causing challenges on the opposite direction with the closing of gyms and limitations with sports and other activities.

Corona caused me to work out from home a lot as my gym was closed for a few months. I had a good amount of weights, but not the amount or type that would be my perfect world. I was able to maintain a good amount of muscle and strength through most of my body, but some muscle groups did fall off a tad due to said equipment limitations. My gym did open up in june which has allowed me to start increasing muscle and strength as opposed to maintaining. I just hired a powerlifting coach to help me get through some pretty difficult walls and to challenge me in new ways

My goals are:
1) to increase my weight ~10 pounds so i can be at the mid 190s. I am only 5'11" but my body fat is <20% so ive got some pounds to work with and would like to get a clean healthy increase so i can progress more lifting.

2: increase my bench/squat/deadlift/overhead press by 10-15% over the next 6 months

3: hit some other milestones like doing 100lb weight pullups and 275lb front squat

4: improve my general cardio as i basically only do weightlifting and not any running or other forms of cardio

Feel free to post where you are at and what your goals are!

Not much, but I started doing push-ups at the start of this month and I'm up to ten at a time. I slow down after seven though, so my goal right now is doing ten without any trouble.

I got into a pretty good routine with my running. I moved somewhere hilly at the start of this pandemic, and that has been weirdly motivating in the sense that I've been trying to up my elevation gain with successive runs. Unfortunately, I've had on/off issues with foot injuries, so I've taken a week off but hope to get back into it.

I need to improve my upper body strength, though. One of the benefits of the place I moved to was that it was right by a gym, but...yeah.
