Talking about the person in trouble is fine. What was not fine was when people felt the discussion should be exclusive and then used the block feature to further this self-entitlement to the topic series. It would have been fine otherwise but self-righteous people ruins everything, and even after the closer of that topic series the people who was deeply involved with it haven't learned anything from it. Some people will never change for the better.

Pretty sure those two never used the WSG as means to antagonize people via abusing the block system. We both know the people who did, though. Feel free to correct me if I am wrong.

Everyone who posted in the WSG shit posted one way or another but for whatever reason "people" took it upon themselves to feel like it's a privileged thing to control the topics and antagonize others from it. You'll see that individual topics are almost always allowed because it doesn't have your "justified" restrictions on it.

This post right here sums up why Gamefaqs is dead. Glorifying 3 random ass nobody people in basically every topic. Rampant alts.

Mods allow it for some reason (why do we have a thousand super saiyan vegetas who are clearly the same person?)

Because honestly, before the mods started ignoring the spammers, they were informative tools for dealing with alts and trolls. And people enjoyed them. There's a lot of revisionism and gaslighting going on from Fake Vegy and his crew, but it's not really anything close to reality.

Ah, they used to be better? The last one I was in called the subject a violent criminal and was basically a big circle-jerk for hating on them.
